
This body of work was created during a 400-hour internship with Central Washington University’s Office of Public Affairs and a temporary role with the CWU Publicity Center. Projects include promotional materials for student events, academic programs, and outreach campaigns—each designed with distinct visual identities that reflect and celebrate the diversity of the CWU community.
Fight Song Illustration

A full-page illustration was developed for the CWU Publicity Center’s annual report, featuring lyrics from the university’s Fight Song.






The artwork was later adapted into a campus-wide shirt design, with hundreds of shirts printed and distributed across housing departments. Each shirt color represented a different residential house, creating a unified yet personalized visual identity.

Designed to make a sensitive topic feel clear and approachable, this brochure balances compassion with structure—communicating complex information in an inclusive, visually welcoming way, while staying true to CWU’s brand identity.
Short Works Film Festival

Short Works is an annual theatre and film showcase presented by students at CWU. The poster system for the event drew inspiration from the festival’s bite-sized, fast-paced format, incorporating playful, donut-inspired visuals to reflect the variety and energy of the performances. Each donut was hand-lettered and illustrated to match a specific short play title, creating a cohesive yet eclectic visual identity.
